Dr Subash K G is one of the best surgical gastroenterologist and Laparoscopic surgeon practicing in Bengaluru. He has more than 20 years of surgical experience with expertise in the field of Laparoscopic surgery, GI Oncology and HPB surgery. He is specialised in Laparoscopic hernia surgery, laparoscopic Cholecystectomy (gallbladder surgery), laparoscopic surgery for hiatus hernia and GERD, laparoscopic and minimally invasive bariatric surgery, proctology services like piles, fissure in ano and anal fistula, evaluation and management (surgery) of GI cancers- Esophageal (food pipe), Gastric (stomach) , Colon , pancreatic , Bile duct, Gallbladder and liver Tumors.

He completed his MBBS from JSS medical College, Mysuru and MS general surgery from Mysore medical College. He has further competed his super speciality training (DrNB) from Sir Gangaram Hospital, New Delhi in the field of Surgical Gastroenterology. He has previously worked as consultant Surgical Gastroenterologist at Baptist Hospital and HCG Cancer Hospital, Bengaluru. He is a member of Association of surgeons of India (ASI), Indian association of surgical gastroenterologist (IASG) and Karnataka association of surgical gastroenterologist and GI oncosurgeons (KASGO). He has published articles in national and international journals.
